Enrolling your child in school

Our District offers safe, and supportive learning environments where students are held to high standards and staff work hard to give every child the opportunity to succeed.

Read here to see how you can enroll your child in a Camden City School District School:

Your neighborhood District school – Any child in the neighborhood can automatically enroll in their local District school. Parents should bring proof of address and the child’s most recent vaccination records to the main office of their neighborhood school to register.

A District magnet high school or District school outside of your neighborhood – Through the Citywide enrollment system, Camden Enrollment, families have the option to apply to attend any public school in the city, even a District school outside of their assigned neighborhood school. This replaces the special transfer process as a way to give all students equal access to the publicly funded school of their choice. If you want to enroll your child in a District school outside of their neighborhood, or one of our magnet high schools, you can apply through Camden Enrollment by calling 856-536-3999 or visiting www.camdenenrollment.org
