Employee Injury Information

In the event of an employee injury:

  • Provide appropriate first aid to any employee or member of the public present in the building.
  • Complete Accident/Incident Report; if employee is not willing to do report, the accident is not considered reported
  • Date on report is to be the date report is written.
  • If injury reported after the date it occurred, the reporting date must be indicated in the report
  • Offer medical care through Occupational Health for Camden City School District employees only
  • Source4Teachers and ARAMARK employees are not covered under Camden City School District Occupational Health; they need to contact their employer
  • If Occupational health is declined, it must be noted on the Accident/Incident Form
